Tuckerman Station Recreation Association
The Recreation Association oversees the following amenities of the community.
Swimming Pool
The Tuckerman Station swimming pool is one of the best in the area. Designated swim lanes for those that like to exercise, and easy access steps with railings to get in and out. The clubhouse has full bathrooms, sinks and showers. Plenty of lawn chairs both in full sun and shade, with tables and umbrellas. Lifeguards are always on duty.
Tot Lot
A great shady place for the kids to play. Swings, slides, stairs, tunnels and even a ridable yellow duck. Also picnic tables and bench for the adults to relax.
Tennis / Pickleball Courts
Two fenced in, full size tennis courts adjacent to the pool. Keys can be obtained from the management company for access anytime.
Retention Pond
Our beautiful pond right near the entrance of Brewer House Road gathers water from rainfall and runoff, and releases it slowly and steadily, preventing flooding and erosion.

The Recreation Association also oversees the pool clubhouse, parking lot and many areas of landscaping. Everything is enjoyed by residents of the townhouses and condominiums of Tuckerman Station.
